Responsibilities of the Program Coordinator:
- Oversee goals, metrics, and outcomes for the program
- Manage daily project priorities, develop timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to plan and execute programs and events
- Support event processes, including managing follow-up communications and coordinating video materials.
- Attend and coordinate logistics on-site during events.
- Assist the sales team with contract deliverables and assets.
- Manage legal contract processing and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate presentations and oversee payment processing with finance.
- Expand and maintain the program’s leads list with staff and consultant support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create print and digital advertising materials.
- Manage the creation of digital assets, including websites and content.
- Coordinate with developers, marketing teams, and external vendors on design and functionality.
- Contribute to special initiatives, research, and presentations.
- Assist with budget development and monitoring.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications of the Program Coordinator:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in project coordination; experience in innovation programs or incubators is a plus
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional, proactive, innovative, adaptable, and team-oriented.
